About This Course
In the present global environment the demand for transformational leadership has never been so important. In this course participants learn the skills and knowledge to successfully lead and manage in a range of enterprise
and industry contexts.
Students will develop the ability to provide leadership, guidance and support to others as well as being accountable for their own performance. Those on this course will learn some responsibilities for organising and monitoring the output of their team as well.
Transformational Leaders who have completed this course use communication skills to support individuals and teams to meet organisational or enterprise goals. They apply solutions to a defined range of predictable and unpredictable problems, analyse and evaluate information from a variety of sources. Essentially they lead themselves and teams where necessary, contributing to the transformation of their organisation.
Our leadership and management programs empower individuals to develop the skills and competency to organise and lead themselves, their teams and their organisation.
To ensure all students are supported during their studies, we have integrated the following features:
Access to our e-learning platform
Individual support with mentoring and coaching options available
A variety of comprehensive resource materials to encourage multi-sensory learning.
Frequent communication between Transformational Institute trainer and student.
An organisational mentor is also encouraged to be involved during the course.
