About This Course
In the present global environment the demand for transformational leadership has never been so important.
Leaders who have an ability to engage and lead teams effectively, whether at home or in the workplace are now needed more than ever before.
We saw in January 2020 the start of a crisis situation that changed the way organisations run their workforce. It also revealed a necessity to secure the future of businesses by empowering people especially in key roles to productively manage themselves, their teams and their organisations no matter what work environment they found themselves in.
Transformational Leaders who have completed this course use communication skills to support individuals and teams
to meet organisational or enterprise goals. They plan, design, apply and evaluate solutions to unpredictable problems and identify, analyse and synthesise information from a variety of sources. Essentially they lead their teams effectively transforming the future of their organisation.

Our interactive workshops encourage student participation. We specialise in industry focused courses. Our trainers have industry experience and are dedicated to preparing and helping students develop their work related skills. An integral way Transformational Institute helps participants to develop these skills is through workshops during the course.
These workshops are highly engaging and may include group activities, presentations, design activities, role-plays, critical and creative thinking, discussions, personality tests and MORE!
Government funding is available through our Smart and Skilled contract for eligible participants.
The student cost is set by Training Services NSW and all costs will be confirmed prior to pre-enrolment.
