This qualification reflects the role of cleaners responsible for undertaking a range of routine and non-routine tasks according to work schedules, liaising with clients and in some cases members of the public, and operating in a range of general residential and commercial settings as well as specialist cleaning environments.
During this program students will learn the latest cleaning techniques including following procedures for safe work practices, how to contribute as a leader in the workplace, ensuring the safety and security of cleaning storage areas including handling of waste and responding to emergency situations, PPE and use of cleaning products and equipment to plan, prepare and clean furniture and fittings and tidy work site.
The cleaner may work alone, with or without supervision, and has responsibility for selecting, preparing and using appropriate cleaning methods for a range of cleaning situations while ensuring safe work practices.

Our interactive workshops encourage student participation. We specialise in industry focused courses. Our trainers have industry experience and are dedicated to preparing and helping students develop their work related skills. An integral way Transformational Institute helps participants to develop these skills is through workshops during the course.
These workshops are highly engaging and may include group activities, presentations, design activities, role-plays, critical and creative thinking, discussions, personality tests and MORE!
Government funding is available through our Smart and Skilled contract and other government funding initiatives for eligible participants.
