This cleaning program is designed for the onboarding of staff within the cleaning industry. Participants are candidates, staff members or interested in the role of cleaners responsible for undertaking a range of routine and non-routine tasks according to work schedules, liaising with clients and in some cases members of the public. They will be required to operate in a range of general residential and commercial settings as well as specialist cleaning environments.
During this program students will learn the latest cleaning techniques including following procedures for safe work practices, how to contribute as a leader in the workplace, ensuring the safety and security of cleaning storage areas including handling of waste and responding to emergency situations, PPE and use of cleaning products and equipment to plan, prepare and clean furniture and fittings and tidy work site.
Transformational Institute works closely with organisations to contextualise training to suite their specific training and recruiting needs. This program can also include particular organisational policies, procedures and training for company group bookings as requested.

Government funding is available through our Smart and Skilled and Skilling for Recovery contract for eligible participants.
