Course Overview
Our Provide First Aid course is for EVERYBODY!
Students learn the skills and knowledge to respond to emergency situations in everyday life. This can dramatically improve the likelihood of a desirable outcome for the injured, which can mean the difference between life and death.
The First Aid code of Practice established by Safe Work Australia provides guidelines that clarify the responsibilities of all employers with regard to the WHS Act and regulations to provide adequate first aid facilities in the workplace. This unit applies to all workers who may be required to provide a first aid response in a range of situations, including community and workplace settings.
Please Note: This unit is included in our aged care and disability full qualification courses.
