HLTAID011 Provide first aid – Home Based

Enjoy the flexibility of home-based first aid training with ERS. Complete your course from home or work without attending a classroom or external training venue.

After enrolment, start the online theory component immediately through interactive learning modules and assessments in the Learner Portal. Your ERS training kit will be delivered to your chosen address anywhere in Australia within 5–10 business days and includes everything required to complete your practical assessment.

Simply follow the instructions, record yourself completing the practical tasks, and submit your assessment for review.

The training kit is yours to keep. If you no longer need it, you can return it free of charge using our post-back option. Returned ERS manikins are donated through the Global Citizen Project to support training in communities in need.

This qualification is valid for 3 years. The Australian Resuscitation Council recommends refreshing CPR skills annually.

Complete the online theory at your own pace, then use your ERS training kit to demonstrate CPR, AED use and first aid skills from home or work. Record and submit your practical assessment for review, with no face-to-face session required.
